I had a fantastic experience with Shree. She was able to take my $486/ mo AAA policy (can you even imagine, and I found out $75/mo of that was their fee for paying monthly) to $175/mo with travelers for the exact same coverage. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

I would love to express how much the employees at GreatFlorida Insurance in North Port Florida, has shown kindness, honesty, helpfulness to me since they have worked with me for the past month. We have had Progressive Insurance for our car for several years, they came through for us when my husband needed them. Recently, I’ve gotten a golf cart policy with GreatFlorida Insurance, using Progressive also. Having car & other items insured is a very important item to have & you need a good insurance company. If you’re in the market for insurance or just looking to compare what you currently pay to what you can get, definitely call this place. The service they provide is incredible, I never thought to reach out to an independent agency and always just went straight to the big offices. But this definitely open my eyes. Jamie was incredibly patient, helpful, and informative, and all aspects of the policy.. even when I had issues on my address, she maintain composure and kept me calm until we gotta figure it out! Hello Monica from Great Florida Insurance…My wife and I survived hurricane Ian and also we needed to do some traveling back and forth to the far east to help my wife’s parents. In SW Florida the homeowners insurance rates and coverages were in turmoil but through 3 policy changes…Monica helped us maintain our insurance and managed to get an affordable price for us. She went above and beyond to communicate with us even when we were overseas and personally contacted and facilitated our correspondence between our new insurance carrier and our bank so that our coverage never lapsed and we were not overcharged during this difficult time. Customer service is alive and well at Great Florida Insurance.

Great experience!! Sheree was very easy to work with, and was excellent with communication. Walked into their office as a new customer. She quickly resolved the need for a different carrier than who the renewal was with due to a very large increase in premium. Would highly recommend using them. Thank you!

I was shopping around for homeowner's insurance with quite a few different brokers and was very underwhelmed with the obnoxious premiums and response times. I came across Great Florida and had the pleasure of working with Sheree Ingram. She was absolutely amazing and got us a great deal on insurance. From beginning to end it was such a smooth process and experience. We're first time homebuyers so had no idea what to expect, and had a LOT of questions! She was VERY responsive, professional, personable, and answered all of our questions. 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend to friends, family, and anyone else that's in the market! :)

My mother is down in Florida and she has coverage with Great Florida. Sheree has been so helpful during this process. I know many were affected by the storms but, Sheree made my elderly mother feel like she was the most important client. She took her time explaining the next steps, and I'm thankful she got my mother the right coverage she needed when she initially came to see her.
